A: CEG contracts with Employers only. CEG never charges individuals for our services.

 
3. Q: How am I protected against my resume getting somewhere I don’t want it, potentially jeopardizing my current situation or duplicating my own efforts?

A: CEG will not release your proprietary information without your prior consent. The first step in this process would be to contact you and discuss our current search, providing you with detailed information about our client. This would include reviewing the positions specifications, client information and target compensation range. If we agree that the potential fit is a reasonable one, then with your permission a resume is released to our client. This method of procedure protects you from unnecessary exposure as well as avoiding duplication of your own efforts or of others on your behalf. CEG recommends to all individuals utilizing the services of a third party agent to request that your resume be released only after you have given permission.

A: CEG is a search organization that contractually represents the employer. We are engaged by companies to fill specific positions. We are not an employment agency and are not in the business of “finding” people jobs.
